How Geoxys handles your data.
Effective August 21, 2026. Remodeled AI, LLC publishes Geoxys. This notice describes the data used by the current Geoxys app and this site. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to Support email pending verification.
What works without an account
The native app can run starter routes, bundled maps, review scheduling, and local progress offline. That accountless path does not need precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or an advertising identifier. Local progress stays on the device unless you deliberately use a connected feature.
Optional measurement
The launch site keeps measurement off until you choose it. If you allow it, a random installation identifier is stored locally and sent as a one-way hash with allowlisted page and CTA events. Bounded UTM source/medium/campaign values and a referrer hostname bucket may be included for aggregate campaign reporting. A Cloudflare Turnstile token may be used to limit automated abuse; it is not a learner profile.
You can choose “Not now,” reopen Privacy choices, or revoke consent at any time. Revocation removes the local installation identifier and prevents unsent marketing events from being sent. The site does not request email, contacts, precise location, advertising IDs, or free-form learning content.
Competition and sync
Optional community features use Sign in with Apple and an opaque account identifier. If you opt in, Geoxys may process a pseudonymous display name, a region you choose for local placement, quiz and placement activity, moderation reports, and the minimum account state needed to authorize and synchronize those features. Core learning does not require this account.
Purchases
Apple processes payment details. Geoxys and RevenueCat receive product, purchase, restore, and entitlement state needed to provide and troubleshoot Geoxys Plus; they do not receive your full payment-card number from Apple.
Service providers and retention
Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, abuse prevention, and operational delivery for connected features. Apple provides distribution, Sign in with Apple, and payments. RevenueCat reconciles subscription entitlements. Data is kept only as long as needed to provide the requested feature, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or resolve a support request, then deleted or de-identified under the service’s retention controls.
Your choices
You can use the learning path without an account, keep optional measurement off, sign out of connected features, export local data, erase local progress, and request deletion of connected account data from the app. Deleting a Geoxys account does not cancel an Apple subscription; subscription management remains with Apple.
