Support that knows which way is north.
Geoxys is designed to work offline. If a route, map tap, review card, subscription, or streak repair does not behave as expected, include the device model, iOS version, app version, and the route/question ID when you contact us. Do not send payment details or precise location.
Common questions
- Map taps: zoom in and tap the country or city area requested. An accessible answer list is available on map questions.
- Progress: local progress is stored on the device in the current build. Deleting the app can remove it until sync is configured.
- Purchases: use Apple’s restore flow from Geoxys Plus. Exact trial and price offers are supplied by the App Store when configured.
- Facts: open the source note on a card to see its reference URL. Boundary geometry is educational map data and not a political endorsement.
Service status
No public status page is configured. Local learning remains available offline; hosted account, sync, competition, and telemetry availability must not be inferred from this draft.
